There are no runes or masteries on thus because I don't rely on them all that much. This build is made for aggressive style use of fiddlesticks with a teammate, either a tank or a fighter works. Use stealth and surprise attacks the ultimate for max damage. This is something I did mainly for fun so I hope you enjoy and fiddlesticks is able to serve his master well under you!
