Introduction

ARAM build to permanently penetrate the enemy with dark wind (e). This will stop their ability attacks and influent their movement. Terrify gives a good possibility to serparte one enemy for first blood.

Runes

Full ability power (magic penetration and etc. will be dealed by items).

Masteries

Maserties are set for full ability damage and mobility (placing e).

Skill Sequence

The focus is on placing dark wind to interrupt the enemy movement and attacks. Followed by massive ults in combination with Mark/Dash and slow down based on Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
