4x Tiamat
A Tiamat is a good item for creep killing because it gives 50% splash damage, it also add 15 health regen and 5 mana regen.
Fiora could surely deals large damage to enemies with companion because of the Tiamat splash damage specially if Fiora will equip 4x Tiamat that will gives 200% slpash damage. It will give 2x the damage of Fiora's "Blade Haltz". Definitely this build for Fiora makes her to be more powerful in fighting a number of enemy versus herself only.
