Armor Pen to hit harder, makes ur Attack Damage abilites hit harder, your ult.
Armor to sustain physical damage.
And cooldown to be more bursty.

Attack dmg and penetration for harder hitting.

So the concept behind this build is balance burst.

Ghostblade and Whisper give armor pen for ulting as hard as possible.

Ghostblade and black cleaver hurt low armor champs, doing 65 armor pen on the 3rd hit.

runes and masteries give 31 A.P. plus GhostBlade is 51.

For a squishy that, that would bring them down to 0.

Now with cleaver you reduce them to -45 Armor on the 3rd hit, so thats alot of damage!

Now on off tanks, mid game will have around 100 armor, that is 31 +20+45 which is

96 Armor pen! bringing them to 4 armor! basicly youll be doing true dmg!

Now if they are tanky late game with 200 armor, that brings them to 104 now with

last wisper it brings them to about 50 armor! now this does damage even to tanks!

Now u have infinity edge and sheen to expand that damage by doing 150% dmg of base damage and hopefully crit with infinity edge plus +50% crit dmg off of that! a very strong 2 hit combo!

This is what the build does.

I choose a balance skill sequence with Ripostle as main for the base passive attack damage and for laneing to counter poke.

Pop her Ripostle right when Ashe shoots and she will get hit! i didnt it b4 its fun!

Because she is super squishy...

I love hitting hard as possible.

You have to wait until the fight starts and once they are down to half Hp you ult in doing 500+ dmg and 51/50% armor pen, then u finish them off! :)

Ult when they are low then burst them down.

Great amounts of damage for quick farming!
