I always do very well with this build. You must play smart with fizz. If you charge in alone you do have the ability to escape unless you get stun. So know who you are playing. The I use for fizz is urchin strike then Playful/trickster, then chum the waters, and finally urchin strike again. This combo normal kills a champion 1 vs. 1. I start with the Mejai's soulstealer to get a good early start with as long as you can stay alive and get kills or assist. Then I buy the sorcerer's shoes for the magic penetration. Then i go with rod of ages for the mana mostly, but the ability power and health is nice too. Lich Bane is next for the extra movement speed and the ability power. Rabadon's Deathcap is bought for the big ability power bonus. Finaly a Rylai's Crystal Scepter is bought to slow the enemy down so its easier to kill them.
