Hey @all, here is my little Fizz guide. I've played Fizz for ~12 games now, and my opionion is, that he is an amazing champion. He's not a great, but a good farmer, he can escape easily, is dealing tons of damage und very fun to play. He is similar to an assasin.
Centuries ago, an ancient water-dwelling race built a hidden city beneath a mountain in the sea. Though these creatures had their enemies, the city was an impenetrable fortress, and, in the safety it provided, they grew complacent. Fizz, however, harbored a curious spirit that could not be satisfied living so cushioned a life. Unable to resist the allure of danger, Fizz had a habit of sneaking out of the city to look for trouble. In his many adventures he grew to be a powerful fighter with a sharp cleverness that let him skirt danger with ease. One day Fizz returned to find the city abandoned: his people had vanished, leaving Fizz without a clue to explain their disappearance. With nothing left in the city to keep him, Fizz salvaged an enchanted seastone trident from the ruins and set out alone.
Fizz wandered the ocean in search of his people for years, using the skills he’d learned during his adventures as young boy to survive. Finally, Fizz discovered the port of Bilgewater. He was fascinated with the existence of life above the water and could not resist exploring the island. In his endless curiosity, Fizz inadvertently meddled in the affairs of the humans who lived there, and his presence did not go unnoticed. His mischief angered many residents who eventually sought to capture or kill him. Fizz found himself cornered, and he prepared to return to the sea despite the fondness he’d come to hold for Bilgewater. As he stood at the docks, a massive dragon-shark attacked the port. Fizz defeated the beast, using his resourcefulness and knowledge of the creature’s weaknesses to his advantage. Having earned the gratitude and respect of the humans, Fizz decided to stay in Bilgewater. To further serve his new home, he joined the League of Legends.
“Fizz makes even the saltiest sailors of Bilgewater look like drunken landlubbers in a fight. Good thing he’s on our side.” – Miss Fortune, the Bounty Hunter
I prefer MP Marks and Cooldown Reduction Seals, AP Glyphs and AP Quintessences.
You also can buy more AP/AD runes, or cooldown reduction.
I play Fizz' as a hybrid.
I prefer this boots, because of the cooldown reduction. You have got a great burst damage, so it's necessary to have the maximum of cooldown reduction.
But if you want, you can buy Berserkers Greaves.
This is a very good item, especially the passive. I rush it because you get Magic Resist, Movementspeed, many AP and a GREAT passive. YOU will rock early game with this item!
It's one of the most important items for Fizz.
To give Fizz more surviveability, mana and AP we buy RoA. You should have this item in mid game.
Nashor's Tooth gives you AP, Attack Speed and 25% cooldown reduction.
This item works very well with your Seestone-Trident.
Now you have got 40% cooldown reduction. Great! ;)
Rabadons Deathcap is THE item vor any spellcaster to deal much more damage!
The Last Item is game-dependant.
Can be your choice if you have problems to survive.
Get a Thornmail if you have to fight against strong AD Carries.
Fizz dashes through his target, dealing normal attack damage plus additional magic damage.
This is a really nice ability, the damage isn't that high, but combined with Seastone Trident it's very good. It also can be used to kill half-HP Champs if you have only got a few HP. It also allows you to escape, like using it on a creep or on a champ to get behind him to run away.
Passive: Fizz's attacks rend his target, applying a damage over time effect that strengthens if the opponent is low on life.
Active: Fizz's attacks are empowered, dealing additional magic damage and causing grevious wounds to his opponents.
Ur most powerfull skill. Escpecially to half-life Champions. Combined with Lich bane it's deadly.
Playful / Trickster:
Fizz hops onto his staff, becoming untargetable. He may then choose to slam the ground or hop off to another location
A great ability to escape/initiate a fight or dodging enemies abilities. It also deals much damage.
Chum the Waters (Ultimate):
Fizz flings a fish that can bind itself onto enemy champions - After a brief delay, a Shark will emerge from the earth to eat the fish, dealing damage and knocking back all enemy champions.
Great ult, AoE Damage, Slow and "Stun". Low Cooldown.
Good damage and stun, very usefull in teamfights. Because of it's ranged it can be used to kill fleeing enemies.
Nimble Fighter (Passive):
Fizz's dexterity allows him to ignore unit collisions and take less damage from basic attacks.
Nice passive, allows you to ignore collisions like ghost.
Exhaust helps you fightin against strong AD Carries like Tryn or Noc. Using exhaust, u also can help ur friends escaping.
Ghost, for running away and securing kills.
-Good escape mechanism
-Deals a lot of damage
-DoT -> no luckers
-Good but not great farmer (W-Spell)
Tipps and Tricks:
You can use Playful/Trickser to jump over obstackles or hedges. You can enter a fight with it, or you can run away. You can use it to avoid damage from enemies utilities (Ults or sth), or damage from enemies turrets.
Use Urchin Strike to run away or for killing enemies.
And DON'T FORGET to activate SEASTONE TRIDENT!!!!!!!!!!
So, here it is, my little Fizz guide. Here are some results:
