This is one of my first builds but this build aims to create a fizz with fairly well hp while also having great damage output. I play him sin this skill sequence w, q, e (in or out depending if turret is hitting you), e. I put in the ultimate somewhere there to slow, do more damage or ensure the kill.

The magic pen seals help with the damage, while everything else is AP so it can support the damage.

21-9, fairly useful, gives you some spell vamp 1% i think and also gives u a great help in damage output.
