Hello everyone.This is my Fizz guide.This guide is about the items,masteries and runes I use in ranked games as Fizz.

I use red magic penetration runes couse as an assassin it would be more usefull to have early game burst.
I use yellow armor and blue magic resist runes couse Fizz is a fighter and if you don't have some source of stamina you will die very easy and then the foes will have one more oportunity to win.
I use ability power quints couse as I said before you need early game burst.

I think that the 21/9/0 masteries are very good option for Fizz couse he has enough burst and he may need some more stamina.I also used 30/0/0 and it was good enough too so this is your option.

Soo we are at items now.I prefer Lich bane couse it has got the the spellblade passive and it stacks very well with Fizz skills.
Rabbadon enforce your burst.
Deathfire Grasp has the active that deals 15% of the enemy health in magic damage and you deal him 20% more magic damage and gives you cdr.
Rod of ages gives you every one min ap,hp and mana and enforce your stamina.
Zhonia's Hourglass gives you stamina but you also can get Rylas Crystal Scepter that is good too or Abyssal Scepter.

Flash+Ignite are good spells for Fizz but Ghost+Ignite are also availabe.

Pros/
Fizz deals lot's of dmg.
Strong in early games.
You kill your oponent very fast.
You can use combos as Fizz.
Cons/
You haven't very good stamina
You have a very big chance of missing your ultimate.

You must do last hitting a lot so you will get more creeps.Fizz also can be played as jungler couse of his assassin skills and his w does all the work in jungle.

You should stay def until you get all of your skills q,w,e and then you will be able to go on your oponent.

Your goal is to get two dorans ring asap couse you use lot's of sp.Then buy a boot.After that go for lich bane.Then buy the magic pen. shoes.And after that you should buy or rabbadon or rod of ages.
