Max Q instead of W with Vi? you'll lose tons of Atk.Speed and damage, it doesn't make sense to max E as it doesn't get much extra damage.
You should start with E to proc the passive, then W, then Q, max out W, then Q and lastly E.

hey, im not a vi one trick i simply rarely play her and have a great amount of fun and effectiveness when doing so. dont be a bummer; plus i like to make my own builds so it might change in the future or not but seems pretty good for when i play her(she is fun) :)
