This is Shen, he is a really strong character that everyone should play, except if your a bad Shen. Then you probably should not play him.

The runes I recommend is 3 Greater Quintessences of Revival as this reduces the time you are dead, and allows you to come back and kill more baddies. The seals I recommend for this build is Seal of Avarice as this allows you to get money in the bank. For Glyphs I recommend Glyph of Focus because it makes you focus more as Shen, and since you are going to be a bad player it is good for this reason too. And finally

Items I recommend is getting a Soul stealer purely for the reason Shen scales and getting them stacks on stacks is very important, as having them makes them harder to topple. I then suggest you build a warmogs x 4 for lots of health as Shen is not naturally tanky. Finally you build boots last the boots you should get is the sorcerers boots as this gives magic penetration.
