Thanks to those who have commented with constructive criticism, I will be updating with pictures and a new layout this afternoon. To those who simply say "fail", please leave a comment as to what I could improve.

I think it's a nice guide but I have a few suggestions:

1. Don't make walls of text! Use paragraphs/chapters to divide the text and make it more readable!

2. Use icons! It will make your guide more clear and more fun to read. Read this topic about it: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/forum/build-and-guide-discussion/how-do-i-add-icons-and-images-to-my-guides-and-comments-587

3. Maybe add some alternatives for runes/msateries/items, because no build should be the same every game and it can happen that somebody doesn't have the right runes immediately but still want to play with Rammus

4. Use a good lay-out! I think you should definitely use Jhoijhoi's How To Make A Guide guide to make your build more readable and to give you some tips about using icons etc.
