You have a good idea going here. Take out 
Phantom Dancer because it's really bad on her, and I'm not sure about Blade of the Ruined King. Also remove Berserker's Greaves and replace them with something else. You might also want to add some BB code, but otherwise it looks good. I build her similarly. Keep in mind that Riven is an AD caster, and she doesn't get much benefit from items that give attack speed or crit. Good luck with your guide!
