You don't have enough life to take full use of Atma. If you want armor and a little dps output, maybe a Sunfire should be better. If you need the crit, Phantom Dancer should be good (adding also a little survivability with evade, and move speed is one of the best stats for Garen). You don't have the AD bonus but :
- If you get Sunfire, passive is better with your HP pool
- If you get PD, it will higher your dps in and out Judgment (in with bonus damage, out with crits and AS). IMO far more than Atma.

Masteries : you should remove one point from alacrity and get the 15% Magic Pen, it's really usefull for your ult and 1% AS is barely nothing. You also take +10% MS on dodge with 0% dodge (actually, 2% from masteries). You should get dodge seals or PD to use this.

Runes : Your seals don't seem the best to me. You could change them for :
(*) CDR to synergize with your glyphs (2.61%)
(*) If you want survivability :
- Health (48 flat or 9.72 per level -> 174@18)
- Health regen to synergize with your passive and help when last hitting (3.87 flat or 0.99 per level -> 17.82@18)
- Armor (12.69 flat or 1.35 per level -> 24.30@18)
- MR (6.66 flat or 0.90 per level -> 16.20@18)
- Dodge (6.75%) to use your masteries (+10% MS)

I like this build I will try it if I have a chance , And I like the idea of getting an Occult , a cheap item that could help Garen as he can get kills very easily , the Extrea DMG from the stacks would help ALOT. And with the Frozen Mallet you have another CC effect and the Slow works on his Q so it silences AND slows. Good build. I may +1 depending on how I like it ingame >:)

I ain't never playin Garen nun, so I ain't no if dis build be gud or not. But to anyone else reading dis gide, I think that it be sum gud if u no wat i'm sayin up in hur.

I loked at da items, and dey look like wat i use with ryze, so i think they are sum gud choices so dat u can make use of his powerful fysical attack.

I also think that the summoner spells are gud, but it might be better to go wit rally and smite. rally because it makes u attack for more magic damage but lose attack speed, and smite because you need it to get early minion kills.

About duh masteries - Id persunally go with all defense masteries plus upgraded rally and smite because you never know when dem niggas might pop out da woods and attack you. So you gotta have more defense to counter dat stuff.

About da runes - Id persunally recomend dat u go all tier one mana regen runes to match the ryze mage build i said so dat u can cast his magic spells faster. And get tier one so dat they are tricked in champion select.

On second note, when u playin in da libary, make sure to get an extendred libary pass so dat u can play the whole game. I had to leave in da middle o a game las week cause muh libary card expired and i couldnt play no more.
