No. Jungle Galio is terrible. -1. Mediocre clears, very blue reliant, can't gank worth a damn, no damage late game. Doesn't offer anything Amumu doesn't already have.

You have the basics of BBcoding... Maybe you should try the advanced BBcode like putting all the information in 1 chapter, then adding banners (with titles) and a costum Table of Contents. Using columns more often would help you too, you used it in the "Summoner Spells" but you copied the Code from jhoijhoi guide Making a Guide :P
