No, the reason those champions (Blitzcrank, Leona, Nautilus, etc.) run aftershock is because their main function is to engage in the laning phase and possibly later into the game, while Braum is meant to peel and protect your carries at most or all stages of the game, which makes guardian the best. :D
Edit: There is one exception to this. If you have to frontline on Braum because you dont have any frontline such as tanks or bruisers on your team, you can go aftershock, but its very rare that you won't have frontline.
