I like to play GP quite a bit and so I thought I'd share some of the thought processes behind my building.

First of all, why would you use AP GP in the first place?-because you're a troll and you found this cool build. So naturally you want to try it.

The items I get should make a lot of sense on GP for a champion being built AP.
keep in mind that this is clearly a late game build and is not as effective until your build begins to unfold a bit, which is why all the AP runes are per level...
You may ask, why CD boots rather than magic pen?-simple, Lich bane will be the main sorce of your damage, so you want to maximize cooling down your abilities as fast as possible so some possible alternations to my build would be Morello's or deathfire, besides, Lich Bane deals physical damage so, while you're not getting a bit more damage off your ulti, you can still have more damage in your other abilities (parrley).


Also I get the I.E for extra power in the parrley in case you're wondering.

As I mentioned above, I use Ap per level runes, I also use armor pen, why?
this should make sense because the Lich Bane deals physical damage not magic damage so armor pen should make sense.

This build is pretty natural and is naturally recommended for someone who doesn't want to troll and wants to dominate anyway.

this should look pretty natural for a GP, damage, crit, health, slow for his Q, AS, LS, MR reduction... MR reduction?

Yes this may look like I'm trying to build GP AP, but I'm not, this is to go with his passive with the bonus damage dealt from the malady and grant him a bit more heal and power in his ulti but this is just an icing on the cake, if you don't feel like using this item, feel free to replace it with something else that you like.
(for example-another BT, or PD, etc...)

My runes are very easy to explain- you want to make your Q strong, right?- well with all this damage, your Q is guaranteed to reach a crit of over 1000 damage without doubt and you will 3 shot just about everyone.

Chances are you've heard about this before, right? well if you haven't then I will show you to it. First of all, I want you to know I have been yo-yo with this build and have succeeded greatly and failed miserably.

Because this is a jungle/tanky dps build, I shouldn't have to explain these items to you, they are common jungle/tanky dps items.

My runes are pretty explanatory very natural jungler runes, armor pen, AD, and armor
I get AD instead of AS so that my Q can be a bit stronger later on especially really late game when GP shines the most anyway.
