Intro

This is my first build so bear with me. Gangplank is a support/carry who is known for is epic crits as well as feared for them. I play him as a harraser with his Parrely, and then running in for epic dps when it is safe. I've also found it is quite easy to initiate team fights. With two Avarice blades, greed and the abilty to farm with parrely you can afford this build every game.His ult is very handy in that you can save turrets, slow people and somtimes change the course of a teamfight.

Summoner Spells

I like to take ghost and ignite because ghosts is great for getting away and chasing, plus you alrdy have 508 movemoent speed so ull be uncathable. Ignite will get you more kills and than any thing else in my opinion and it works nice with passive.

Runes

Crit chance runes because 10% crit chance is nice throughtout the whole game
Mana Regen per lvl so you don't need any mana regren items
For blues take either CDR or Crit dmg it doesn't really matter i like CDR for more parrely and ult
Crit dmg quits are self explanitory

Game Play

Try to get in a lane with some one that can harrash or stun. Gangplank can get firstblood easly with a lucky crit and ignite.Start off at your nexus, and start denying creeps. Your pretty mana hungry (until lvl 6 or so), so just dont spam parrely every time it coolsdown. Use your ult to save turrets, assist a reamember or to gank. 2 ranks in remove scurvy should keep you hp high, but if your really getting harrashed then don't be afriad to lvl it up more. Raise morale can be used to xp deny, and once you get it you should be able to use it at will.

In teamfights you need to use confusion to your advantage. You are very squishy and people with focas you down very fast. Use your parrely on ppl other than the tank if you want to help the team. use you movement speed to harras those darn squishys. When the team fight breaks out, ult, stay back a bit and then run in. Hoefuly no one will notice you, and you can auto attack people down. Don't try to 1v1 anyone until you get bloodthrister unless you are confident. Lastly it is easy to initiate team fights with ghost, ult and scurvy out of any cc. This works really well if they have a panth or ww because they will think you have over extended.

Items

I find with the epic movemt speed and remove scurvy I dont really need any defensive items. In the case you are getting killed warmogs or banshee viel are some good items. Lastly if you see the other team stacking thorn mails buy a force of nature or somthing otherwise your going to kill youself.

You are support in that you harrash, ult and raise morale don't run around thinking you can gank any one you please (your not mundo) just cause you have epic crits, you'll most liky get cocky and then get teamed up on. If you want to gank make sure you have some one backing you up.
