I don't think garen need Frozen Mallet or BT, a Sunfire cape and FoN would be more useful.

Your build is much better than what it sounds like it used to be, with some survivability added in. However I still don't agree with an AD build on Garen. I tried out your guide (which was pretty standard, actually), and though it gives me more damage output, I can't bear the idea of not using all my skills to their fullest potential, especially the passive. You note that it doesn't do much, but if you try out my guide, with a full Warmog and even a Force of Nature, you'll be healing 120 per 5 without your passive. The passive bumps that to about 200 per 5...how is that not useful?

In my opinion you also need more passive attack speed or else you're just an AD nuke that crashes and burns after about 3 seconds.
Garen's passive doesn't regenerate health based on your current health regen per 5, just how much health you actually have, not sure if you knew that but based on the wording of this post I would assume not, I don't agree with Warmog's at all on any build or character other than cho'gath or certain characters who are supposed to stack health, it is just too easy to counter with a bloodrazor

Thank you for your feedback. This is the first game of this type I've ever played and this is the first build I've ever tried to make. Any comments are usefull, I'll be sure to give yours a go and let you know how it goes. What sort of influence does your Garen tend to have on a game?

Thank you a lot for the comments. As you can see I am pretty new to this whole thing. But I have made some changes, hopefully for the better. Let me know if I've missed anything or how you get on with the build.

Thanks a lot.

Beutron.

Such bad itemization, Tiamat should only be used is you are solely a tower pusher. Garen is not.

As stated before, unique means not stacking.

You need some defensive stats in there. Stacking pure AD as a melee champion is going to get you nuked in 2 seconds flat.

Garen has no spells that scale with ability power, so both your runes and tier one offensive masteries need to be changed. Tiamat is not a great item for Garen, and instead of the second Infinity Edge, consider a tanky item. Garen needs to survive long enough to deal damage since he is more sustained damage than burst (other than his ulti or someone facechecking brush at level one).

They are UNIQUE passives, and also, ability power runes is a huge no-no. I suggest you fix this ASAP

Infinity Edge doesn't stack. Terrible idea to get more than one of them. Ghostblade doesn't stack either. No clue why you're running ability power seals on Garen, who has no skills that scale with ability power.
