Why do u say to build maw of malmortius against champions like fiora, jax (...)?

Because the Item gives very good Stats against them, as example Jax: He deals high mixed Damage in a short amount of Time and even less too react. The shield of Maw can help you too surive, the passive makes you way more difficult too kill and gives you fighting Power. The flat AD and MR are the nice extra too get 2 things you want in 1 Item!

You should turn on "C2V Force Comments" to keep people from down voting for no reason, when you go to edit you will see it on the right side under guide settings. Also you might want to look on the forums or learn yourself on doing come BB Code to make the guide look nicer. Might also want to look for some people to do some banners and art stuff, tons of them on the community forums aswell. This guide is pretty good but needs a little work, some more info and depth needed.

Finally I can reply too it (had several issues with my old PC and couldn´t reply too it): The Update is Done (mostly) but I want too keep this Guide as up too Date as possible, expect a update atleast every Patch.
