Garen is such a fun, and viciously deceptive champ. He may seem weak, while you're beating him down at the cost of some little chunks off your health, but once your health hits that point of no return (15%-30%) That's it. The sword falls from the heavens and pwns you in a blink of an eye, or there's a human "beyblade" coming your way to finish you with a spine splitting mini ult. That's what this build is designed for. At least that's how I use it. Don't think about chasing Garen into the jungle or too far away from your turret without help.
