Hello Summoners this is my first guide, hope you enjoy!

Singed is a ability power tank he can be built either way or both but for this build i will be looking at Tank Ability power. This build consists of Ability power with a lot of health Armour and magic resist so you can walk around take a lot of damage but dishing it out at the same time.

For runes I take Flat ability power quints, Ability power per level Glyphs and seals with magic pen marks. Why so much ability power and not much resistance? I feel singed has a nice natural Armour and magic resist so there is not much need for much early game (depends on the Laning opponents)In which case this build hands out a lot of early game damage to get farm and kills.

For Masteries i take 0/21/9 I take the defense Masteries instead of offense because singed relies on kiting champions and the runes i have give him a lot of early game and late game damage so there is not need for the extra damage. The defense tree helps him to stay alive a lot longer than the offensive tree which helps early and late game and makes most opponents scared to attack singed in a one on one circumstance.

For Items I take boots 2 health pots and a mana potion then quickly rush a catalyst this helps him sustain in lane when he levels up. Then i usually get merc treads if the other team has a lot of crowd control (yes merc treads stack with his ultimate for 50% cc reduction). Or ninja tabi if they have a lot of attack damage. Then i turn the catalyst into a rod of ages this is a big item for singed it increases his health more than usual because of his passive and gives him ability power for damage.

Now depending on their team you will want to rush a force of nature (counter magic damage) or thorn mail (counters attack damage) From there start to build what their team has most of Ability power or magic damage If they have a lot of magic damage and crowd control grab a banshee veil instead of warmogs.If they have a lot of ad grab randuin's omen then warmogs for that nice extra health bonus. If the team has both grab randuin's omen and a banshee veil.

Warmogs

Get this if you feel you have enough resistances for the other team it gives a nice bonus to singed health and health regen.

Abyssal scepter

If you want some more damage with magic resist take this instead of banshee veil.

Rylai's crystal scepter

Most people enjoy this item i personally don't i want people to follow me in my poison not getting slowed by it but that's just my preference. This is a nice item for the bonus health and extra slows.

Frozen heart

The only time i would get this would be if the other team was full attack damage but it is a nice item for the Armour, mana and passive.

Guardian angel

Following my build doesn't really require this but if you are carrying and don't want to lose if you die this is a nice item to get.

Fling

I take fling at level 1 this is used to fling enemy champions or minions behind singed this may not be very useful at first but this is singed main initiation move this also helps with invades or level 1 Ganks.

Poison Trail

I next get poison trail which leaves a purple poison trail behind him which poisons enemies this is his primary damage source and farming tool this should be maxed first.

Mega Adhesive

Grabbing his slow at level 4 helps him escape or chase enemies this is useful to max second as this is one of the best slows in the game and you can not cleanse out of it.

Insanity potion

His ultimate is super useful giving him increased movement speed, ability power, crowd control reduction, Armour and magic resist. This can help chase, pump out damage and not being held down by crowd control.

Ghost

Ghost helps singed to move even quicker which he can chase or run away (kite) enemy champions running in his poison i have survived so many ganks with this and is a amazing spell for singed.

Teleport

Teleport is useful for quickly going back to your lane or helping others. I usually use this to get items then go quickly back into lane and is sometimes useful for an escape.

Singed is a great champion and highly recommend him to anyone who likes to play a champion who likes to run around dealing damage and flinging people into your team. I Hope you enjoyed my first guide feel free to comment and give suggestions.
