I'm honored you took the time to review my build, but I think you didn't give it a chance, here are my rebuttals for your comments.

1st. Sanguine Pool + Boots of Mobility = Pure Abuse "Reason, after using Sanguine Pool, your no longer in combat, thus giving you the movement speed 5." =)

2nd. With Boots of Mobility, Randuin's Omen, and Sanguine Pool you don't need Rylais Crystal Scepter, ive experimented with and without it, and you really don't need it.

3rd. Mejai's Soulstealer + Randuin's Omen = 30% Cool Down Reduction + Elixir of Brilliance = 40% Cool Down Reduction.

4th. This is more of a Hybrid tank / Support build, all the while having enough damage and magic penetration to in fact dish out a lot of damage, my screen shots and match history show the actual success behind it.

Is this the best build for Vladimir? Probably not, is it fun, and still useful? Absolutely! I for one do not like playing the typical "Cookie Cutter" builds over and over again. I like my enemies to be confused and make mistakes misjudging me etc.

Thanks for the post though! =)

i have to say NO to mobility boots here. You should be abusing Transfusion on cd. harras and stuff. Also Vlad without Rylai is not a vlad tbh. You have problems with running enemies? than get Rylai not boots of mobility. You are TOTALY ignoring flat Mpen :/ and % pen is only good for tanks that you should have 1 per team (might be an offtank also so even that we can count 2)
AP/lvl Marks in favor to Mpen ones?

Eventho you will end up with ONLY 400AP endgame you favor Exhaust over Ignite? And again for reducing movement speed - get freaking rylai for that again. reducing mres - get Mpen marks for that. And it is hard to get 1st blood with Vlad anyway since on lvls 1-5 you are barely able to kill som1. CDs are hilarious big, and you would have to be on super low lvl or ELO to get an enemy who just dies like a Alistar bot to a tower...
Getting Evasion+Nimbleness in favor or Ardor?

Not well thought build imho.

I like the build, everything is well presented and spiffy. 1 question, though - since you're going for a more tanky build, why not get Spirit Visage? The CDR is always helpful, especially when you regain so much health with your Q.

Greetings, after much debate and experimentation I have revamped my Vladimir build, there are some minor changes and some major changes, however all good. Please read it all, give it a try, and then let me know how it goes!

Thanks!

Good Luck & Have Fun!!
