First off the mord you build is they way depending on the other team. If they have a lot more ap then you want to make a magic resist spell vamp mord. This way you can be a bit of a tank as well as hurt. If not then the other build is great to have a ton of health as well as the spell vamp he asks for.

I added a few items you might want to get but the choice of course is your and it depends what kind of champs you're fighting against. You want to be able to hurt them as well as live long and level up as fast as you can.

the runes are simple magic pen marks and quints so that you can hurt and get your shield up faster and be able to be the old mord before the "nerf". The seal and glyph is so you can have some protection from being pushed a lot.

best thing is to not spam your spells and only use it when you know that you'll hit the champion that way you gain more sheild for the fact of the creeps don't build the shield up as much as it did before. (50% less shield gain from minions). Also remember if you go back to buy things always buy wards and health pots before trying to finish an item this way you can stay in lane longer and as well avoid a gank. Better alive then dead even more when you're gaining more exp and not letting them push a tower. When you have your ult remember to let them push a bit more and then push them a bit with eand when you will go in pop your shield and ult them and ignite and try to hit them as much. when they die just use their ghost to cover the gank spots and get some minions to get your shield up. Big fyi try to ult ranged carry champs and use their ghost to your advantage.
