this is my eve build it works for me even when i start bad your end game is so op its not funny
the ap up top might be a little off generaly i max out at about 900 ap which when you do the math is 1220 ap magic dmg with ravage 1000 dmg with lichbane and melee and 422 dmg hate spike befor stun is up penetrating 79 pts so basicaly around 2200-2400 dmg over all in less than 2 seconds

your basic game build is to get as much ap as possible.
the only surefire way of doing this is with items that are going to max out your damage potential.

most people seem to tell you to get a soulstealer first thats fine and all except your not putting out enough damage alone to kill early tanks. now if you start a sheen off the bat at lvl 2 your hitting about 100 dmg from ravage 60 dmg from sheen and 61 dmg opening melee thats 220 dmg plus a stun that is about a third of your enemys health mix that with your parter theres a kill or an assist depending on who you lane with.

the summoner spells youll generaly pick are ignite: this spell is a must opening 75 dmg true is sick for first blood mix that with your partners and its freeking gold with an open stun.

the second is a toss up if you find your self losing the chase youll wanna reach for exhaust
flash is good if you find your self in a stick situation or if you need to turret dive and run
clarity is fine if you find yourself lacking mana all game

just get the mastery for ignite that gives you 10 ap when its on cooldown

stick to the bushes the best eve is invisible even when out of stealth. Most champions mid game will be afraid to go out alone when you are always mia.
you have to watch out for vision wards. people are all gung ho about the oracles but the worst is not being able to tell they can see you and walking in to a gank.

team work is not key end game but early game catch the runners the low health champs that are getting away.

I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH do not kill steal your allies unless its accidental if you do it enough they will hate you.
try to lane with a tank they deal low damage draw most of the attention and dont generaly care if you steal kills early game for sheen.
