First, I'd like to point out I have found great success with this build, and my main key point of uploading this guide was so I could give it to my friends as a reference to how I build my Tryndamere, as they know how lethal my Tryndamere game is.
Second, I put points into Perseverance as health regeneration is a wonderful thing and I don't find myself dying a lot, although there are some rare situations where I'd have wished I had shorter respawns late game, but instead I chose to build him stronger early game and although the health regen may not be much, it's still something, and between that, 3 starting health potions and Bloodlust you have a much easier time laning early game. But then again this is a guide for the community so if you want to have it changed, I'll change it simply to get an upvote.
And I'm not sure if you understand what I mean by jungling, in a sense. I'm not saying you should grab 1 to 2 buffs here and there, I recommend you constantly be roaming from lane to lane killing any jungle creeps/lane creeps along the way whilst pressuring the enemy in every lane.
Also, this roaming style can't nearly bring in as much gold as laning, hence the gold runes/gold mastery giving you +4 Gold per 10, and you can get to a solid late game later. I do see why people would rather run Crit Quints or Health Quints even, but I fail to understand the logic behind it. An extra 5.58% crit chance won't help you more early game drastically more than it'd help you to simply get out of early game faster, and Health Quints are unnecessary with the amount of health you are getting back anyway between Bloodlust and your three health potions.
Also, buying a QSS is just another 1440g that can be avoided with a summoner spell (thus making this build even less of a "too good to be true" spendy build), and I find Exhaust unnecessary when you already have Mocking Shout + Spinning Slash. You are more than happy to run an improved Exhaust if you want, in fact that would be a great idea for how you want to play Tryndamere. By all means if you do not like something about my guide, change it around to whatever you want it to be, that is the wonderful thing about League of Legends and any competitive game, everyone can build their own unique ways or play different styles, which changes meta and allows for many different styles of play.
cya someday, (best wishes)
Flynn.
You will be shut down in no time.
Spinning slash before mocking shout? Are you for REAL? That is LOL.
Money quints? NO NO.
20% jungle? After level 7-9? Almost EVERY CHARACTER goes to grab a buff from jungle.
That doesn't even make you remotely a jungler.
3 points in perseverance. Did you even read the description? 1 point I can live with it. But 2? NO NO. Did you notice tryndamere doesnt have a mana bar?
Ignite for one of the best chaser in the game? Get improved exhaust instead.
Also cleanse is not really an option. Even if you cleanse your spinning slash will not take you far away to escape. Get flash instead. If you want cleanse grab the in game item.
To be honest you are lacking knowledge of the champion.
-1 and that is only because that is how much I can down rate you.
My rating on this guide is 1/10
