You can use Ignite,Teleport or Barrier.
Ignite:
if you are agressive use it.
Teleport:
This is a great spell for azir, you can use it to roaming a lane or to defend a lane, you can use this spell to be agressive or defensive.
Barrier:
If you like to be defensive use this, and you can use this if you are going VS Talon.
