This almost made me disregard your whole post. I main support and the most deaths on average I have on a support champion is ~5.

Problems:
Red pot isn't a particularly viable start on anyone anymore. On a support it means you have 1 ward which is bad and made worse by having no explorer ward.
You have no quints of gold and you buy the 1st, 5th + 6th most expensive items on a support.
A fairly bad steamrolling item on a support. Supports die a lot. Supports should sacrifice themselves if it will save the adc. You do not want to buy a steamroll item.
You should be maxing your bola strike first as it provides cc and poke instead of all in.

On average I would get enough gold to get a bonetooth necklace, mercury treads, ravenous hydra and black clever. That is assuming I bought 0 wards or consumables and the game lasted around 40 mins. When everyone else is reaching full build you do not want to be diving in with a tiny build, almost no health and pitiful damage.

Disagree. bonetooth necklace is a fine item to take for the same reasons as Lux building a Mejai's Soulstealer. In the similar way that Lux can secure assists easily, Rengar can do the same and stack his item. Rengar is also more effective with AD and bonetooth necklace is just one way to do it. Even Sword of the Occult might be a possible suggestion.

Do I recommend it? Probably not. A tank-based Rengar is probably more desirable to have, but if you are able to bully effectively, a bonetooth necklace might be a decent item to take.

If you want to play Rengar as a support. This isn't a build for it. bonetooth necklace is too risky since its a snowball item. You can't guarantee kills everytime enough to stack it. Heck, this build doesn't even work for top Rengar. You're better off getting Ruby Sightstone and be useful and THEN start building your items. But preferably a Kindlegem for a Locket of the Iron Solari

I actually already thought of this idea before. I find it an interesting concept.

However, you execution is extremely poor and your build is not even remotely support oriented.
