I've been playing LoL since Season 5 and quit around Season 6 only because the person who invited me to this game quit and I had no one else to play with so I quit. My friends told me to start playing again so I did and I've been enjoying it ever since! |
Pros and Cons

Pros + Teemo can easily outpoke most champions.+ He is extremely easy to play. + He poisons people with Toxic Shot+ You can literally just go invisible. ??? Balanced. + Your Blinding Dart literally makes people not auto attack you. Anti-ADC lol. |

Cons - Hella squishy. - Usually ganked a lot early game for those easy kills and to deny you kills. - Not the easiest champ to play. (I'm being serious) You have to learn his kit for a while. - Can be easily countered. - Not very useful at all in teamfights. |
Abilities and Summoner Spells
After 3 seconds not in combat or taking damage you can go invisible forever. Unless you get knocked up. If you're invisible in a brush you can move freely in the brush without revealing yourself. You also gain attack speed when you come out of invisibility.
Your main damage ability. Use to poke your enemy laner. If you're trying to all in your laner use
Blinding Dart to make it so they can't auto attack you.
Makes you move quick... use when engaging and running away.
Passively makes your auto attacks poisoned. This is one of the reasons people hate teemo. No one can really run from death if they are low and you poisoned them. And they definitely can't if you can one last poke with summon Aery.
Probably the main reason everyone HATES my boy Teemo. It's completely invisible and can only be revealed by
Duskblade of Draktharr or Oracle's Lens. Full AP + Noxious Trap = half of pretty much anyones health bar GONE.

Flash is just generally a good summoner spell. If someone runs away from you really low, flash AA. Flash away then Move Quick. All around good summoner. It's to secure early game kills and some late game ones. You use this to make sure you kill your next target if the poison doesn't do the work. Since you're a little useless in teamfights, ignite the tank to do about 400 damage each second for 5 seconds so it softens them up for your team. |
Masteries
SORCERY
Summon Aery Summon Aery is a must for Teemo. Helps your poison to extra damage early game to cheese your laner.You could swap it with
Electrocute but I personally don't think it is as good as Summon Aery.
Nimbus CloakThe second you lay down a
Noxious Trap you can run faster. If you're trying to run away from someone throw down a shroom. Not only will it slow them but you'll speed up.
TranscendenceEasily spam down
Noxious Trap and Blinding Dart to annoy the hell out of your laner. Very useful in teamfights since you can just spam Noxious Trap everywhere.
ScorchEasily poke laners early game to always win trades. Anyone with shields like
Malphite will have a hard time using his shield since it's almost always gone.
DOMINATION
Sudden ImpactPurely to surprise the hell out of people when you sit in a bush. Magic Pen + Lethality + Attack Speed = Easier kills. Win trades this way or sit at your tower and wait for them to push up to poke them away
Ultimate HunterMakes your
Noxious Trap way faster to place down and to get ready. Must take.

Liandry's Torment is crucial since it's stats and passive abilities boost Teemo. The more damage more time in combat is useful if you're trying to go all in since you might not win without it cause they can probably out damage you with all of their abilities. Of course useful. Give us attack speed and AP which makes it so much easier to attack people and win trades. Since it boosts your AP with auto attacks (which you mainly do) it will make you do even more damage. The 20% CDR is also nice for the Noxious Trap cooldowns.Give you AP and Magic Penetration. If you match this with Sorcerer's Shoes it makes their magic resist pretty much useless, making your poison to crazy damage. Take second or even first item if your laner is building A LOT of magic resist.
