Veigar
Very annoying when he captures you in his stunning ring and deals a LOT of damage in a short amount of time, through Ability Power.
Be careful and pounce him after you've worked on him for a bit or wait until your team has reduced him to half health or less.
Capitalize on his mistakes and make him regret them.
Zac
With his ability to easily get in and out of combat and his ability to bring enemy champions within pouncing range, Zac is ideal for luring enemies and for bringing them to you.
Stick together and set up ambushes for your unsuspecting victims. Always stay in front of Zac, in the brush, so you have the opportunity or, wait for him to bring the enemy to you. Either way works.

Champion Build Guide
One day I got the naughty idea of using Tristana with an ability power build and I did "1000" damage with her ultimate skill ("R" key). This was done using a Heimerdinger build that I found on this very site (mobafire) See this link.

After seeing that my team needed help with crowd control champions and other annoying slow, stun, root abilities from these champions. I decided to build Tristana for support. This is where things got really interesting.
Build in-order of this list and use "1" "2" and "3", to activate these abilities/spells. This is convenient because these numbers are right above your "Q", "W", "E" and "R".
Using "Mikael's Crucible", you can increase the effect of Heal and shielding abilities by 20% but, you can also increase your health regeneration rate by the amount of bonus mana regeneration rate. Needless to say that Tristana is not a Mana-hog but, the more mana regeneration you have the more health regeneration you have so you can see where I'm going with this.
This is besides the fact that you can cancel out stun, root and other annoying effects on your team mates and then also increase their movement speed by +40%, to help them get out of combat, quicker.
"Locket of The Iron Solari" is a useful little item that puts a shield on your allies and you. You have to be very close to them, however. At max level Tristana has somewhere around 2500 health and this helps with this item's effect. This will give you and your ally a shield that has +735 defensive points for 2.5 seconds. Enough to cushion any major attack dealt against them.
It also adds a chunk-more of armored protection.
"Shurelya's Reverie" is the cherry on top of the support-cake. Besides giving you a little more ability power, health and doubling your health regeneration, at this point. It also has an ability of it's own. It gives all nearby allies a boost of +40% movement speed for 3 seconds. You can use this to rush an enemy team or to get your entire team out of an incoming enemy-team clobbering.
Now that you're a guardian angel, it's time for the angel to punish those that have attacked your team mates.
"Zeke's Convergence" offers a lot of magic resistance but also activates an ice storm when you fire your Ultimate ability near an ally. It also adds ignite onto your ally's weapon for 10 seconds. "Enemies inside your frost storm are slowed by 20% and your ally's attacks burn their target for 30% bonus magic damage over 2 seconds."
"Frostfire Covenant", doubles the slow effect and casts ignite onto some one if they're already burning, due to your ally's ignited weapon.
"Guardian Angel" is a no-brainer. It resurrects you, after you die, with half your health and a third of your mana. This is super useful if you're with an ally because after you're resurrected you can unleash punishment onto your enemies for killing you. Plus, as a support, it's not good that you're dying when you're supposed to be supporting.
"Lich Bane" adds a lot more damage to your abilities. And that's not all. After you use an ability, you do 75% basic attack damage with your next basic attack and an additional 50% bonus ability damage is added on. And here's the best part. It only has a 1.5 second cooldown so, spam those skills to your heart's content.
In conclusion: Stay with your group of champions, supporting them, pounce from the river or brush, from jungle and punish the enemy team for thinking they could kill your team's champions.
I know that Tristana is not commonly acknowledged as a support-tank that can clean-house but this build works so well that I absolutely love it. It's a new build and I'm working to improve it, constantly. Treat it like an experimental thing and please give me credit for this build when you're using it or if you have any builds that are based on it. it's only common-courtesy, to do so.
In addition, I would love it if there were an 'Angel Tristana' or, 'Guardian Angel Tristana' skin, in the game. That would make my day. Please pester Riot Games to create one. Thanks.
My name in League of Legends is "TinyCuteyLove" because I love tiny, cute things. Come play with me some time.
