Hello, playing CDR veigar build, mostly APC. Which between Horizon Focus / Cosmic Drive is a better choice for 2nd item? (after getting seraph and cdr boots first)? Is Horizon's Focus effect really good enough to choose it over Cosmic Drive who has basically the same stats but with the extra mvm speed and health?

Hello, both are ok, but personally I like going Cosmic Drive 2nd item, when i'm matching it with Resolve runes, like Overgrowth and Conditioning to feel even more tanky with it.
While Horizon Focus when i go Glass Cannon build, with runes like First Strike or Electrocute.

With the recent buff to electrocute do you think that there might be a meta elec build egain?

Yeah for sure electrocute is more viable on Veigar now, especially for early to mid game, was testing it even on support, and it's pretty good, compared to Aery, will try it out more though.

Btw you know that's funny? The reason why you need the extra HP for Warmog's proc (1999 hp lmao) is because the stacks from RoA are not accounted as item hp for Warmog's passive which I find hilarious cuz the missing hp would fulfill the requirement.

Yeah, I was really tilted when the HP requirement was not 1900 HP or another number, but 1999 HP, it felt like Riot was laughing at me for trying stuff.

I'm curious about the reasoning of BFT instead of Seraphs, is it purely because it's a faster spike than seraphs even if its passive is miles weaker? I understand the required tempo in the matchups you recommend it but I am wondering if you could get away with seraphs in those.

Hello, you can go tear into Seraphs if you want to, it's just that it usually delays your spikes like Lost Chapter, where you need all the damage you can get into good players that play assassins like Akali/Zed, then again, this is from my experience, so try what suits you the most.
