Thoughts behind this build

While looking for new ways of playing Soraka there's one thing that I've been missing all this time.

Soraka is a really good support the early game when you put down your Q's right and get your items. I've noticed how a lot of the Builds on here doesn't tell you exactly how you can use your Q and E's to the best of their abilities, and that's where my guide comes in.
