This build is designed to highlight hec's strengths mainly being a mobile fighter who can charge in and mess **** up catching the enemy team off guard while being beefy enough to defend a point against a couple enemies. As always in dominion cheaper items are my focus as well as 40% cool down reduction(for that sweet sweet ult). While this build is light on the armor, the build provides a hearty amount of extra hp as well as enough movement speed to get the hell out of dodge before the **** hits the fan. Likely in most dominion games you wont make it past the phantom dancer but that's cool, you should be kicking *** long before then.

Runes and masteries are kinda standard ones I used for a wide range of champions cause they only give you 10 pages for masteries and I pretty much randomly pick a different champion every game(currently own 41 champs(though there's a few I refuse to play now(twitch/yi/corkie/kat)).

As per usual I create these builds quickly to remember my item builds that I prefer as well as write up a quick guide of a champion for my friends should they be unsure how to play them.
