Spells:
Exhaust
Teleport
Ability Order
Warpath (PASSIVE)
Hecarim Passive Ability
Summary
I go Exhaust and Teleport. Exhaust to slow them down when they run from me and to help out the team fight. Teleport to get back in the action as fast as possible or defend a dying turret.
Not Plausible: Clarity is defenitly not an option to me because when i use him i never seem to run out of mana. Also Garrison or Promote imo those are just useless just plain useless. And the automatic no no's Revive, Rally.
Plausible: Ghost is great for chasing or running. Flash to get around faster is great.
Ignite if you feel like doing just a little bit more damage. Surge can be helpful but i really see no reason to use it.

Devastating Charge first so you can charge em basically. Next is Spirit of the dead so you can recover some health faster and annoy the enemy. Then rampage for even more AOE :D . Another spirit of the dead to get more out of the move. And then your ultimate of course. Get rampage 2 more times. Devastating Charge again. Another Spirit of the dead which is my favorite move besides ult. Ultimate again. Spirit of the dead to make it as op as possible. 2 more rampages. Devastating Charge. ULTIMATE :D. Then finish Devastating Charge. You can change it up as much as you want but this is how i play it.
I like to start off with a sheen so i do some good damage early game. Next i get mercury treads or if they like to run from me boots of swiftness. You probably say that hexetch is a stupid purchase and i would agree but it just makes his spell vamp for his Spirit of the dead ability which i find so useful. I get Bilgewater because he is a melee champion and he will have to use his regular attack so why not make him last longer with some life steal and attack damage. Next i use Hexetch to combine the spell vamp and life steal a.k.a. Hybrid :P . I've noticed people like to run from Hecarim so lets slow em down with ryalis which is great because it also adds some tankiness. And then i go Rageblade to make the hybrid build more HYBRID . Then upgrade sheen to lich bane. To finish it off get ROA to make him more tankier so he can dive and initiate easier.
