sum pros and cons of this build is that he could have a bad start in solo top and or bot against ranged or high burst champs. but depending on wat items u get first will quickly heal that. if against ad get sunfire... and against ap get FON. even still i recommend getting the sunfire cape juss because it helps so much but the early game farm. if your fed early than its pretty much gg, early sunfire and FON pretty much makes u... THE TANK lol. than u can go off uber farming or tanking those teambattles.

spells i obviously get ghost because it will increase his dmg while it is on nad exhaust so i could catch up to champs and it is a very good spell late game besides using ignite.

for skill you could max the lifesteal first if your not doing to well but i preffer the dmg juss for those duels, this hec can solo top as long as its not again a high dmg poker like riven or pan, or u can start with a regrowth pendant of solo topping.hes a pretty weak early game champ but as soon as u get infinity edge it will push you over the edge XD

fo masteries theres realy no reason to go all the way down the offence tree because all u really need is a lil att speed and armour pen, i take a lil down the defence tree juss to make a lil tanky and take movement speed in utility for that lil extra dmg, with this build its gonna be really hard for people to catch hecarim.

i go with flat dmg n att speed runes so he can have descent early game farming and descent att speed juss until he gets his p dancer. i would go flat mage resist but for sum odd reason it wouldnt let me put it in -.- lol but i also use flat armour juss for the better early game.

this is a build i havent had too much time on but i know its a damn good build as long as u have a descent early game. this new hecarim champ seems weak at first glance but the way he should be playing is as an offtank team battler.
