Hey update! I've really improved my heimer play alot and this guide is now outdated I will be updating soon. This build now should be shortened to only two Philo stones and only against a harrasser such as Caitlyn.

I've tried all the highest rated builds but none worked as good as yours.
Thanks for sharing it :) and keep up the great work.
