Ofcourse you buy a dorans blade becuause it is a red item.(With heimerginger you only need to buy red items)
Just try to play early game safe, if you got your bloodthirster you can play more aggresive and outpoke more the toplaner.
I recommend if the toplaner is buying a lot of armor to buy the black clever next after the bloodthrister.
You cant buy boots with this build because no boots are red...
