Hey guys im kYSMIG new to Mobafire :D
This is my first guide ever and just wanted to share a build i thoughted up for Vladimir

i choose MPen Reds for well what else would you get for reds? AP or Ap per level? magic pen is better imo :D
HP per level yellows since it gives us hp and ap from our amazing passive
AP Per level blues, well i honestly didnt know what to get blues u can get:
-AP
-AP per level
-Magic Resist per level
-CDR
-CDR per level
and for quintessences i get Health for our hp and ap
Also all these runes help out early game, u can have quite some ap and hp early :D

I get 9/21/0 getting magic pen in offense since its such an awesome masterie.
Defense tree its just to make him more tanky pretty standard not much i can say

Ok so i like to start with a Dorans Shield. Gives some AP thanks to our passive, Good HP and HP Regen and some Armor wich is awesome :D
Boots, you can get 4 boots.
-Sorc Shoes for the usefull magic pen
-Ionian Boots of Lucidty for the CDR great for spamming ur Q
-Mercury Treads helps out if they have alot of CC prolly more then 3 CC since u already have ur Sanguine pool to get our of some CC's
-Boots of Swiftness, i call this the turbo Vlad since it gives him awesome move speed. and helps when u need to catch ur opponent with ur sanguine pool :D
Spirit Visage gives great healing since ur Q is gonna be spammable might aswell take advantage of that and get some more healing back from it
Will of the Ancients well some people hate it some love it well it helps to make you kinda unkillable since it heals ur transfusion damage and it still gives transfusion its healing + it helps your team mates out
Force of Nature just gives a passive health regen, helps and pumps your magic resist :D
Guardians Angel, who doesnt like a vlad that cant die and when he does he simply ressurrects :D + the armor and magic resist are usefull.
Rylais well you dont have any slow on you without being your Sanguine Pool well now you do even though all of his spells are considered multi target you cant get the best from it BUT it gives you awesome AP and HP :D.

Standard Skill Sequence, maxing Transfusion and Sanguine Pool aswell as getting your ulti everytime possible

Ghost helps alot when escaping ganks or chasing with your pool
Ignite owns if you can combo it with your ulti + helps you when they get away

you can also choose many other summoners but imo these are the best
