Nice looking build but I hate seeing someone as squishy as teemo without any health regen or lifesteal as their first item. Most champions will be able to get you low in a few hits considering how squishy you are and you have to go back. I prefer a dorans shield on this little guy and I highly suggest that anybody uses it. Not to say that amplifying tome is bad but it really sucks to have no regen against a heavy harasser such as urgot or caitlyn.

BTW, gold per 5 isn't the best choice for him. You may get that extra 300 gold, but it just doesn't make an impact as much as penetration or flat ap quints do....

yeah its kinda hard to choose one or the other becouse gold allows him to rush his items while the mana lets him spam more mushrooms i might change it

I think that your build works pretty well. But there are a couple of things i want to ask you.
Why gold gaining ruins? it would be much more worth it for mana regeneration or mana ruins because teemo is a mana hungry character the way you made him
Also im wondering why you made him have the mastery Good Hands. That 1 point, even being 1 point, should have been put in a different mastery.
Anyway i think that it works great and continue making builds that work!

2 thing; very very mana hungry and with no mana regen items in the build that is a problem
squishy as balls got 2 shot by a trynd
