Why is this teemo different?

Many teemo builds currently are one of a few things, On-hit, Hybrid, or AD. Almost every guide seems to miss what teemo actually excels at, which is being your enemies worst nightmare. That's why this teemo build focuses on doing absurd amounts of burst damage while utilizing Thunderlords to bully other top lane opponents. If you get ahead in lane you can one shot almost any squishy and take a good chunk out of a tank.

How to win

Building this way makes winning fairly simple. In laning phase you want to poke the enemy top laner using your poisonous auto attacks. If you can, proc thunder lords by doing AA->Q->AA. This will do a good chunk of there health throughout the whole game. Once you finish your gunblade you will in most cases automatically win the lane. Using thunderlords and then the gunblade will result in most of any opponents health being gone. The lifesteal off of the gunblade also comes in handy throughout the whole entire game.
