I prefer to have Acupressure/Substitute/Sludge Bomb/Crunch on my Drapion.

Thanks for the input! Like I said, I like Ghost over Flash in general but my point in choosing it was utility because Flash is kinda a one trick pony, albeit an extremely good one. It gives your speed that extra umph to do some fast traveling if your tele is down as well as to get away from pesky chasers trying to run you down because other people will build builds that are faster than this one. I also use it to grab at lower levels, which I must say that you can do with flash but not as effectively.

Now for Omen...it's not about the cdr, it's about everything else that it provides

-

Frozen Mallet-esque slow
-good armor
-a smidge of health regen (which never hurts)
-health in general (plus Heart of Gold is good for generating gold)
-all that and its active ability is almost a like an empowered version of his Crystal Slash so it works well with his play style and is an excellent team fight support item


you can get Sunfire Aegis instead but its really not as good

why would u want ghost on skarner? ofc, mobility but he has enough of mobility as it is. flash is a much better alternative. and why would u want randuins omen. u get such a cd reducion from your passive and with some AS u really dont need any cdr. sorry mate, not gonna downvote but im not upvoting eother.
