Basically you want to poke the enemy laner down so much with your auto attacks and your q. Once you hit level 6 you want to place as many mushrooms in the river and in the lane i.e in bushes and just in the middle. Late game you want to stay back in the fights and just rain q's and auto attacks on the mid laner and adc. If you are wondering why i have put boots in this build is because you have two movement speed items. If you want buy boots early game however once you have bought both movement speed items sell the boots and buy rabadons. If you are getting focused remember to use your zhonyas.
