How to Dominate as Heimerdinger (Season 3)
nice Heimerdinger build overall. I agree with the most thinks.
Just one point: You said that you prefer RoA more than Rylais but without explanation why... I would decide for Rylais cause it provides easy kiting with your W: you do not have to stop when you activate the W, it deals a good amount of damage and will slow the enemy if you have that Rylais. Moreover, your turrets have a slow which makes them hit one or two times more often if the opponent gets in range and your E will aplly a slow which is pretty useful even if you missed the stun.
So feel free to explain me why you want to have a RoA, otherwise think of a change ;)
