About vayne: If you want to play vayne at a high level, you must embrace that you need to take ***poundings. All the times. You must become a homosexual.
No but really, you will pratically never ever win a lane. It really depends on how good your support is, and in 80% in the cases, your support will be trash. You have to get into the mindset that it's okay to go 1/5. it's okay to go 0/9. You have a chance of coming back because you're playing the best adc. Lategame is Vayne. You can 1vs1 almost any time.
Enough with the intro. now to the based ****. :^)
Early game: Early game is very hard for vayne if not played properly, you'll get denied/zoned and out cs'd so much. it's normal to be 50 cs behind cait when going out of laning phase. You gotta take the D. Very deep. Like holy moly deep.
Mid game: Yay. Your time to start shinging. This is basically here where you pick up from the slag from the early game. Every time you find a duel, duel them. 1vs1, 2v2 what ever. As long as you get some moneyz. You hopefully be able to caught someone out of position, get some turrents or something. You should also be having your blade. Remember that blade>boots, since it's almost a new spell, and really the core item of playing vayne. Beware that other ADCs can rush the item aswell for countering you. You have to use the blade to it's max, you gotta use it for gap-closing and be able to condemn them into a wall. As soon as you get the blade, you'll hopefully win
Late game: Yay x2. This is where you solo their team. Seriously, you solo their team. Having 3-4 of your core items will give you the power to solo everyone, if played correctly ofcourse.
Use your ult wisely, even tho it has a low cooldown it's important to make good use out of it.
Try waiting to go in if you're against zed/fizz or just general 1shotters, if they use their burst on someone else, you'll have a chance to win the fight. It's okay to go in later, remember that. Be like doublelift Farm>teamfight. :^)

Okay so this is basically what helps you if you got a ****ty support, or just trading properly
For marks I usually take 0.95 flat damage x 9, this is because of the flatdamage scaling that is so good with vayne, and ofc lasthitting at turrents, because you'll be pushed there all the time.
For seals I take armour this will be essential when you need to trade somewhat decent, it's a must on all ADCs.
For glyph I take Magic blue 1.34, you can change it up with scaling, but I find myself more squishy to APs early. (Late-mid game you can get an early Guardian angel. Being against a lulu/zyra/sona is a smart choice to bring the 1.34 Mres
For Quints I take 2 Lifestealing and 1 Damage. This will help last hitting and sustaining. all of these runes can't be changed, since this is what I would recommend.
