These matches shouldn't count against you...
It's nigh impossible to win 4v5.
When people say, "It's all about how well you do." I say BS. We've all seen games where a teammate goes 20-1-10...and we lose...
1. WARD- Idiots that don't upgrade by level 10 are a liability to their team....It's too cheap NOT TO UPGRADE.
2. STOP hunting champions and take OBJECTIVES... You can have 100 kills yet still lose.
Take towers.
3. One person cannot carry unless they are a trolling smurf. It seems like the other team has them...
In my personal experience, getting out of elo hell is just a matter of attitude and realising that its not your team fault, its your and only yours. Bronze in particular is not a division where you need skill to win and climb, you just need to not make silly mistakes. Also, mastering a champion is not even neccesary to step up, but to have knowledge of the differents scenarios and situations it is.
I would say when you reach diamond 4 you start feeling the true challenge. Following bronze comes silver, what to say? its the same as bronze but players have little more understandment of the things, just as cs, some positioning and focus, i think that just mastering a single champ you get out of this. Then come gold, here we add a new variable to our play, team composition, and most players know what to pick but dont know how to play around it, so, in conclusion just picking a hard CC team you should be safe. Following gold its plat, and to be honest i cant help any further because i still cant get out of this :DDDD
Also those cs stats are not that accurate IMO. for bronze i think amaing at 100 minions at 20 minutes is nice (depends on how much ganks and kills fall in the lane. if the junglers are non stop in bot lane there is not much time to farm if you have to go back after every skirmish)
maybe add something that the ond person that is fed should still be nice to the team. If mid is far ahead he can let blue to the jungler so he can lvl up faster, And give kills to the under fed adc.

Ni siquiera se porque te respondí en inglés :P
As for why should this general mechanics should be in this guide, the idea of leaving the lowest tier league is to do it by improving your gameplay and mentality. You have pointed out the basics so people can start improving and being a bit more competitive, but the more complex mechanics are needed so they can stay or even go further tiers.
I really think that knowing the mechanics and synergies of the game and having a clear and stable mind will make you do the right decisions so you can carry the game for your team.
Hope you read this since its been a while people have posted, greetings from Peru :)
Also, when you look at bronze in a more objective pint of view, you will notice that, since it is the lowest tier, there are many trolls, afks and ragers, true, but the enemy team has the same chance to have them too :)
So, if you play a lot of matches, something like 100 or 150, and you still can't win 3 divisions or more (like being Bronze IV and going up to Bronze I), you are getting closer to a wall, which reflects your level of play, when it is hard for you to carry, and you are not playing very good in relation to your teammates, that's the point where you should stop playing rankeds for a while, and focus on training in normals, and getting more information about the game.
Hope this helps you! Greetings from Argentina!
Here is why I say luck, because I truly believe you need luck to get out. Each time you win your series and get placed into the next level of bronze, you start with 0 points and have to raise yourself over that 0 mark and stay above it in order to remain in that level. Since you just won a series, and in order to get into a series you generally had to win at least a few in a row. This means you have been on a hot streak, which would indicate that your luck should change soon and you are going to lose a few. (you can only flip heads so many times in a row before tails shows up again) So now you are in this position of having to win (just like your series to get into this level) so that you don't fall back into the old level. I realize you get a few buffer games at 0 where you don't get kicked back down, but you could easily win 2 and lose 3 and be back in that last tier.
Normally I would write this off and say, "Well, if you are good enough to be out of this level then you will win out eventually, even if you fall back in a few times due to some bad luck." This is where I have to get a little negative about the system though. Bronze tier is lowest level and being that, people have a very negative attitude about it, and this effect people in different ways. Some people, especially younger kids, take the attitude of, "I don't care, screw you guys if I don't get my way, I'll troll, I'll afk/leave, etc" Making games that much harder to overcome. These same players might have a few good games where they get their spot and champ in selection, and then troll the rest of their games that don't go their way. Since they already consider themselves to be in the LOSER bracket, they feel no compulsion to stay invested in a game when things go sour.
So where in other tiers you still have this element to overcome, it becomes that much more difficult to surpass without LUCK in a tier that contains more despondent players. Luck of matchmaking.
Here are my suggestions to the LOL community and developers:
Developers:
In champ select: when someone locks in their champion, have a box pop up that makes them choose which position they are opting to play (AP mid, Jungle, top, AD Carry, Sup). I know we don't want to discourage creative comps and new Meta but if a team is truly going to try something unique, they can discuss it in chat and still select something close to what they are attempting.
The reason for this is that (at least in Bronze) someone picks an ambiguous champ like Voli (who is sees action as sup/top/jungle. Everyone thought this guy was going to jungle, but he changed his mind and doesn't speak up, and the other guy is trying to figure out what role he needs to fill.
Players and Community:
Like suggested in this article above: Communicate with your team during selection. Pick order should rule, but without communicating to your team where you intend to go, you create a lot of scramble where people are trying to figure out where to go. If someone at the beginning of champ select says, "Top" and you were planning on top lane and you have 1st pick, don't just reply with "Pick order, I'm top." Say something like, "I think we should go by pick order, I was planning on Top, can you play somewhere else pls" You might spend more time typing that out, but your responses are going to be much better most of the time.
Developers:
I think you should have players complete a survey when they create the account or when they hit 30, or when they start ranked matches that gathers some data about the player like their age and whether or not they see themselves being casual or hardcore about ranked. And use this in matchmaking (at least initially)
