It might seem that way but the only problem is Twin Fang has a range that is 150 less than Noxious Blast. It is very easy to constantly use Noxious Blast to poke them and receive no damage at all in return, but if all your damage is invested in Twin Fang you have to get closer to them, which is most likely in their range and you will take damage as well. Also, if you upgrade Twin Fang and hit them with Noxious Blast they can back away taking very little damage and simply staying out of range of Twin Fang. I have played both ways and I prefer Noxious Blast simply because the free pokes. If you practice enough I believe you will prefer upgrading Noxious Blast also. This is my suggestion and thank you for the input :)

nice Guide, its a good item build. But i think its better to max "E" first not "Q".
"Q" is harder to control and the cooldown of "E" 0.5 sec after poison gives u much more burst than "Q".
