This is the build that I use when I jungle Cho'Gath.
I normally take Wriggles because the Lifesteal is nice + always able to have at least 1 ward out on the map. I go for boots of swiftness mostly for speed for noms but normally you can Flash nom people. I get youmuus ghost blade for the attack speed, armor pen, attack damage, and CDR (The attack speed is from active). Sunfire cape is for some Armor + HP, Banshee's Veil is a pretty good item against almost every team. This also will give you some more HP and MP as well as some MR + a nice passive. Rylai's I get for some AP, a lot of Cho get RoA which gives them 80 AP at stacked up RoA. Rylais is 80 ap, + HP, and every time you attack with your E on it will slow them, so it's like a frozen mallet in a way, but you other abilities will also slow. The extra AP also gives you some extra damage on your Feast which is normally pretty nice.
Jungle route I go blue -> wolf -> wraith -> golem -> red
Potions at Blue, Wraith, Golem. I use the other 2 potions in-case I need to help up to gank a lane.
I normally max E first to make jungling easier while also increasing your early damage output, you can max your Q or W first but your Q is a skill shot which can miss or be easily avoided with movement modifiers or flash. Your W you have to get close enough to use but it's nice to level that up first or second sometimes to increase silence duration.
When I used this build I tended to be rather tanky so I could still work as our main tank, mostly because of Cho's ult passive giving him extra health you end up with a large amount of health making you still able to tank even without going full tank.
