Your build works out, but it has some weaknesses. For one you can only justify Lich Bane when you have a lot AP, its just too expensive else. I like the idea of Guinsoo's and I can see Gunblade beeing pretty strong with all the CDR from his Q. But when you play with all those on-hit effects why not max Q first ?
I can see your build working out with either replacing lich bane for AD and maxing Q first or with replacing Scimitar for AP and doing your current skillorder.
