So, actual question this time. Does electrocute not work with this build? I know a lot of other guides at least have it as an option. I have tried going Conq but I just can never seem to get it fully stacked and usually just die before I can get it all stacked up.

Electrocute mostly works when you going for damage build and since that not really the point of this build, it doesnt really help much.

Well, what is the point of the build?

Just something fun I wanted to share and seems somewhat viable

This has some great potential but it I am just unsure what it is. I feel like this build is just AD Kassadin.

This is just a build, I have found fun and interesting that I want to share.
You can call it AD Kassadin, but if they team comp calls for it, you can go AP too, like going Divine Sunderer > Archangel > Frozen Heart, you will still be dealing a boatload of AP Damage

I am really sorry if it sounds like I am just ****ting on your build/guide I promise I'm not. Like I said I think this has some amazing potential, it just seems kinda clunky especially in the chapter portion of the guide. I do like the guide though. If you ever have the time I would work on it, not too much but for sure I would explain why you build certain items like the AD ones, other than Divine of course.
