Mid Game

Sit top lane, and tunnel on your farm so you can become a huge monster and get penta kills on the daily

Late Game

Since this is a hybrid build you dont even need a team anymore, you can 1 shot nerds with your ap, your auto attacks will do tons of damage, and also you will be so tanky you can peel for yourself

If they are running place down your twin shadows to slow them and then your ZZ'Rot portal to do tons of damage

If any pesky towers get in the way then ohmwrecker them and walk right on through, but if its on CD then just stroll on through because you are so tanky
