i go with flat armor pen Marks to trash anyone who tries to build against wu, Along with flat armor Seals to have early lane tankyness, It also stacks well with his passive later in game. Going with flat cd reduction glyph's works well with wu because you will normally end up chasing your very low hp enenmy, having a short nimbus cd will always secure you a kill.

As Wukong, You can normally have complete lane dominance against most champions by grabbing Nimbus strike at level one for good farm and good harass. When ding lvl 2 you should beable to lay good damage upon your lane. Keeping good minion by ranking Nimbus, but make sure to grab your ulti for it will normally secure you a kill with ignite. Also grabing 1 rank in decoy at lvl 3 will allow you to bush jump without being noticed in your lane, doing so will allow you to jump your prey and land alot of early game kills.

Going with Dorans blade as a starter item gives wu nice damage at the start and also keeps him in lane longer with the hp and life steal, Depending on your champions against you, Either go with Ninja tabi, Mercury treads, or if your completely owning before they have a chance Bresker greaves. Going with Tri force as your first main item will poss best for wu, If you feel like your not laning long enough, grab vampric specter as you build tri, just for the extra life steal. Now at this late in game, you should realise if you will need to build armor, magic resistnce or more damage. If your getting owned by like a tyrnamere or a xin zaho, Buy Thornmail, If a brand or Ezeral is owning you, Build a force of nature not only for the magic resistance but a fast monkey, is a deadly one. Lastly build a warmogs armor to keep the tank/dps going. If your not insanely feed by the time you build this much you will be after, Have alittle fun after building these items, You can sub in many items and keep wu at his finest.

I use exhaust and ignite on wu, because i play very offensive game play. I would also advise ignite and flash to avoid all those sticky situation you could monkey your way into. Having ignite on wu is very necessary for early lane kills, Decoy in with your ulti and ignite is almost always a kill at lvl 6-9.
